Make a data protection complaint
If you believe thymia has not handled your personal data properly, you have the right to complain to us. This may concern how we have collected, used, shared, stored, kept or deleted your personal data, or how we have handled a previous request you made about your data. Use this form to tell us what has happened, and we will look into it.
Making a complaint is free, and you may ask someone to complain on your behalf. We take every complaint seriously and will respond as quickly as we can.

What happens next
We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days, and within 30 days at the latest.
We will look into the matters you have raised and keep you informed of our progress and expected timeframes.
We will give you our response and the outcome in plain language, and explain what we have done.
If you are still not satisfied
If you are unhappy with how we handle your complaint, you may raise it with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s independent data protection regulator. thymia’s ICO registration reference is ZA776402.
